About God
We believe there is one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator, Sustainer, and rightful Lord of all things. God is perfectly holy, loving, wise, just, and good. He created every person with purpose, dignity, and value and desires that we know Him and walk in relationship with Him.
About Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became fully human while remaining fully God. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose bodily from the grave. Through His death and resurrection, forgiveness, reconciliation with God, and eternal life are available to all who place their trust in Him. Jesus Christ is the only Savior and the ultimate source of hope, healing, and restoration.
About the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and actively present in the lives of believers. He convicts, comforts, guides, teaches, and empowers God’s people. Through His work, believers are strengthened, transformed, and equipped to live in a manner that honors Christ.
About Humanity
We believe every person is created in the image of God and therefore possesses inherent worth, dignity, and value. At the same time, all people are affected by sin, which impacts our hearts, minds, choices, relationships, and the world around us. Because of this, every person stands in need of God’s grace, forgiveness, and redemption.
About Good, Evil, and Sin
We believe good and evil are real. God is the source of all that is true, good, and beautiful. Satan is real and works to oppose God and deceive humanity. Sin and evil have brought brokenness into the world, affecting every person and every aspect of life.
Yet God has not left us without hope. Through Jesus Christ, forgiveness, redemption, and restoration are available to all who trust in Him. We look forward to the day when Christ will fully and finally triumph over all evil.
About Repentance, Forgiveness, and Growth
We believe God lovingly calls people to repentance—a humble turning away from sin and a turning toward Him. Through faith in Jesus Christ, people can receive forgiveness, experience a restored relationship with God, and begin a new life marked by hope and purpose.
Spiritual growth is a lifelong process through which God continues to transform us. As we follow Christ, we grow in wisdom, humility, love, truth, and obedience, becoming increasingly conformed to His character.
About the Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is completely true, trustworthy, and without error in all that it teaches. Because Scripture is breathed out by God, we affirm its complete truthfulness and authority in all matters of faith, life, and practice.
Scripture is God’s revelation of Himself, His character, His purposes, and His design for humanity. As our final authority for faith and life, it provides wisdom, direction, correction, encouragement, and hope for every generation.
About Truth
We believe truth is objective because it is rooted in the character of God. Truth is not determined by personal preference, feelings, cultural consensus, or changing social values. While human understanding is limited and imperfect, God has revealed truth through Scripture, which serves as our ultimate authority for faith, life, and practice.
We believe genuine compassion and truth are not opposed to one another. Therefore, we seek to approach every person with humility, respect, and grace while remaining committed to the belief that truth exists, can be known, and ultimately leads to human flourishing.
About the Church
We believe the Church is made up of all who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ. Christ alone is the head of the Church, and believers are called to worship God, encourage one another, grow in faith together, serve others, and share the hope of the Gospel with the world.
About Counseling
We believe lasting hope and transformation are ultimately found in Jesus Christ. While we value insights gained through careful observation and study of human behavior, we believe Scripture provides the most reliable and sufficient foundation for understanding people, relationships, suffering, healing, and growth.
We recognize that life’s struggles are often influenced by physical, emotional, relational, spiritual, and environmental factors. In all circumstances, we seek to understand people through the lens of God’s truth and His design for human flourishing.
Our desire is to compassionately walk alongside individuals, couples, and families, helping them move beyond merely supporting the branches of life to addressing the deeper roots of the heart. We believe Christ is the root from which true healing, hope, wisdom, and transformation grow.
