Your first visit will be a complimentary discovery session. It will not be diagnostic in nature but is a simple conversation. The purpose is to determine rapport of perspective client with Rachel, identify if biblical worldview will be compatible for clinical alliance as form of informed consent, and determine basic perspective client goals to determine if Rachel is trained in their need. From this session, perspective client and Rachel can determine together appropriate next steps for either scheduling and/or giving an appropriate referral.

Please complete all required personal information and documentation provided to your via your Therapy Appointment Portal. If this is not completed prior to time of this session, Rachel may cancel the appointment until such is complete.

If the client is a minor (considered to be age 18 or below and living in the family home), one parent or legal guardian is required to attend the first initial discovery session and may be asked to be present for further sessions.

Each client is required to review and sign our Fee Agreement. Please let us know if you have further questions after such a review.
