Liz Moss

MSW Intern

“I realize life does not always go as we plan and life transitions, challenging relationships, and the various expectations we place upon ourselves can feel overwhelming or out of control. I believe we are not meant to stay as we are and we can find healing and hope from our grief, pain, and anxiety. I understand that therapy can require vulnerability and authenticity, so I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable place for you to share your important life story with me.”

Liz Moss is a therapist intern with All Things New Therapy Services, Inc. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at Dordt University and will graduate in May 2024. With previous experience in ministry, Liz is passionate about helping people discover peace and hope in their lives. Her background in adoption, international non-profit work, and working with various age groups has helped Liz have a wide perspective on life. She is fascinated by God’s design and connection of the brain, mind, and interpersonal relationships, and loves to explore how this plays out in everyday life and work. Her therapeutic approach is adapted for each client, incorporating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and motivational therapies with a focus on attachment, systems, and developmental perspectives.
