I believe we are not meant to stay as we are and we can find healing and hope from our grief, pain, and anxiety. I understand that therapy can require vulnerability and authenticity, so I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable place for you to share your important life story with me.”
Liz Moss, MDiv, LMSW is passionate about helping people discover peace and hope in their lives. Her background in adoption, international non-profit work, and working with various age groups has helped Liz have a wide perspective on life. She is fascinated by God’s design and connection of the brain, mind, and interpersonal relationships, and loves to explore how this plays out in everyday life and work. Her therapeutic approach is adapted for each client, incorporating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and motivational therapies with a focus on attachment, systems, and developmental perspectives.
