The Services are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and All Things New Therapy assumes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any communications or personalization settings. Access and use of the Services may involve third-party fees (such as Internet access fees).

- Non-Transferability: Accounts are non-transferable without consent.
